It will be an icon showing the exact location of your facility. When users click on it, BallSquad will display your profile.

1. Venue: a single space or area available for rent, e.g. a fitness room, tennis court, football pitch, or sports hall. Within one facility (same address), you can add up to 10 venues.

2. Facility: a larger unit, such as a club or school, that offers venues for rent.

3. Monthly package: a subscription lasting 30 days. The first payment is taken at purchase, and then renewed automatically every 30 days.

4. Yearly package: a subscription lasting 365 days, paid once upfront. Renewal happens once a year.

5. Monthly cycle: this means the payment renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel.

Your profile shows: the facility and venue names, city and address, size and type of the venue, available sports, and opening hours. You can also add: photos, contact details (phone, email, website link), and any important information you want to share with customers.

The subscription starts from the moment your profile goes live – no later than 7 calendar days after you submit the form.

You have 7 days from receiving the email to complete the form. The sooner you fill it out, the faster we can prepare and publish your profile.

In this model, we simply publish your profile with a link that redirects users to your facility’s booking page.

Your facility will be visible to sports enthusiasts looking for places to play – both in the app and on our website. You’ll get a professional profile and, with the yearly package, extra promotion on social media and in our newsletter for BallSquad users.

After confirming cooperation, you’ll receive an email with details and a payment link. Then you’ll get a form to fill in. Your profile will be created within 7 days after you submit the form.

Yes. If you want to stop renewing your subscription (monthly or yearly), go to the 'Bookings' tab and click 'Cancel'. Do this at least 6 days before the next billing period starts.

We’ll ask for your invoice details at the start of our cooperation. Invoices are issued on the 10th day of the month following your payment.
